How do I reset my password?

If you struggle with logging in, it may be necessary to reset your password:

  • Open your web browser and type the site URL
  • Click on the Login button
  • Below the user name and password fields, click on "Forgot password?"
  • Fill in your username or email address in the provided fields
  • Check your email inbox to receive further instructions. If there is no email in your inbox, please be sure to check your Junk/Trash folder as well.
  • If you have not received anything, please contact the support team for further instructions.
